Living in ‘Ziva’ active retirement community, since the past one month, encouraged me to write about this wonderful place which is far beyond words. When I first started having the seed of the idea, about moving into an active retirement home, I always dreamt about a serene environment, along with caring conscientious people, and living in good companionship.

When I came across ‘Arun Excello’s Ziva project, I was happy to find how all my requirement boxes were ticked favorably as they exactly suited what I had been looking for. Being nestled in Mahabalipuram, the serene environment was obvious from the beginning, and with curiosity to experience the remaining facilities, I confidently stepped into Ziva a month ago.

The beautifully built and well-maintained temple on the premises is an exclusive facility and I am short of words to express the immense joy experienced after every visit. The priest takes extra care and dedication to ensure that the deities are beautifully decorated and all prayer sessions are well-conducted making every day a wonderful happening.

 

                 

My day begins with a cup of filter coffee made of fresh milk arriving from the adjoining dairy farm which also houses a wonderful kitchen garden providing fresh supplies for all the meals. The healthy variety of dishes provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, everything prepared with great care in an ultra-modern and well-equipped kitchen is graciously enjoyed. 

The morning and evening walks through the beautifully laid out pathways along the tree lined tracks makes my exercise enjoyable. Both the indoor and outdoor gym facilities, as well as the swimming pool makes keep fit easily possible through amusement. The clubhouse provides a beneficial relaxed atmosphere helping to delight in the company of other residents.

All the staff are extremely meticulous and reliable ensuring that every requirement is attended on time. I am satisfied and happy to highlight the exceptional precaution and care taken by the Ziva team, during this ongoing pandemic COVID 19, to ensure each one of us stay safe. While enjoying my relocation and stay here at Ziva, I am extremely happy to once more say that Ziva is living up to the expectations I always had about living in an active retirement home.
